    Nature of Costa paradiso area - Sardinia

    Costa Paradiso village is known for its amazing surroundings and location with interesting rock formations in animal shapes and wild, Mediterranean vegetation. The name of the coast of Costa Paradiso origin from the wonderful eight kilometers long coastline dotted with the red rocks of various shapes. Among the most beautiful beaches in this part, of Sardinia is Li Cossi beach. The sandy beach and green sea is surrounded with yellow pink stones.

    There can be found a lot of shrubs and evergreen bushes such as lentisk and myrtle. There are also few cork and holm oaks, prickly pears and olive groves. Interesting thing is also that the coast is rich with caves and bays that are special by their interesting rocky formations. Around the village are several natural parks such as Sette Fratelli, Gennarentu, Monte Arcosu and Tavolara Marine Preserve. Village is also known by many varieties of birds along the coast, the sea is also rich enough with shells, sea plants, fish and there can be also dolphins that are great attraction for tourists.
