    Capo Carbonara sea park is a wonderful natural park. The protected Marine Area of Capo Carbonara and the two islands of Cavoli and Serpentara just in front of it, represent a magnificent and unique natural park in the south-east Sardinia. The unusual but original form of granitic rocks give particular nuances to the landscape. The small village of Carbonara which has become Villasimius, only in the 1862, takes its name from the intensive exploitation of charcoal practiced a long time ago.
