Cupabia beach is a beautiful small and quite remote beach with good sand and crystalline water. Behind it is a small campsite, not really visible from the beach, and a beach café. You need a car to get there and the car park is small. In a high season you could have a bit of a problem with a parking place.Cupabia bay was protected from all winds except the south-west, the beach was preferred by sailors and lonely.
Among Coti-Chiavari and Serra Spelt is the magnificent beach of Cala d'Orzu, a town just beaten by the masses, who are comfortably spacious retreat into rural Cupabia Bay. The beach is not visible from the main road, and not easily accessible, because of the rather tortuous dirt road that leads there. On the other hand the beach is popular as boat trip destination. Cala d'Orzu bay is popular to sailors nad yachts so there is organized boat taxi between the yachts and the beach. On the coast stay also excellent and very expensive restaurants, where you can eat fresh serving fish.
Its crystal clear water and shallow water also leave happy snorkelers, but during the high season the yachts and sailboats crowd the bay, to advise against straying too far from shore.
