Where is Benidorm - Spain
Best chois is certainly airplane to the, El Altet Airport, which is situated approximately 12 kilometres south of the Alicante and 50 km from Benidorm. It is well connected with Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia, and has direct flights with London, Paris and other european cities. You can also car hire on airport and drive to Benidorm. Easy.

In Benidorm's surroundings you can drive your hire car to the Terra Mítica theme park and the fantastic Aqualandia waterpark, head south to the wonderful port of Santa Pola.
To the north, above Benidorm you find Altea, Moraira and Javea, all of which are charming resorts within easy reach of Benidorm. The ideal one day trip from Benidorm is also Alicante.
Costa Blanca
Exploring the Costa Blanca by car from Benidorm is easy. You can cover a long distance quickly on the A7 motorway or enjoy spectacular views of the coast from the N332 main road. Beware of the latter at the height of the summer though - it can be very busy (and slow going!).
Some 30 km from Denia can be found cave at Vall d'Ebo. The Cova del Rull is open from 10.30am until 5pm (8.30pm April - September). Near there, close to the small town of Pego, is the El Vergel Safari Park. It's easy to spend a whole day there with its attractions for children of all ages, and its good restaurant.
